β’ Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience β’ 10+ years of experience in business development, sales or leadership roles within land services, real estate, or infrastructure industries β’ 4+ years of cold calling experience; preferred experience in an outbound call center, inside sales, or related experience β’ Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close β’ Proven track record of securing large-scale contracts and driving revenue growth β’ Strong understanding of land acquisition and regulatory requirements β’ Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills β’ Ability to develop, implement, and maintain long-term business strategies β’ Excellent communication, presentation, time management, and analytical skills β’ Willingness to travel as needed to support business development activities β’ Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office 365 and preferred CRM experience β’ NetSuite experience a plus
