• Our Account Executive's act as the vital link between Total Synergy and our clients primarily focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships to drive sales growth. • Responsible for understanding customer needs, they develop tailored solutions, present product offerings, and negotiate contracts to maximize client satisfaction and retention. • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and gather market insights to inform strategic decisions. • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. • Prioritise and manage multiple accounts and tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to your manager. • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure alignment on client needs and company offerings. • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to remain competitive and effective.
• Previous demonstrated success in sales, preferably in an SMB or SAAS environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred not essential).
