β€’ Lead & Develop the Solutions organization β€’ Manage, build, and develop a global Solutions organization, including Value Engineering, Solutions Implementation and Solutions Services teams β€’ Support sales and revenue teams, net new and expansion across all segments β€’ Ensure a successful onboarding, accelerated time-to-value (TTV), and efficient and effective handoff to Customer Success β€’ Lead structured workshops with enterprise customers to uncover key business challenges and required value data β€’ Establish and scale a professional services team β€’ Work with Marketing to develop case studies and customer success stories that highlight ROI-driven outcomes and value delivery

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in business development, professional services, value engineering, or solution consulting within a SaaS or enterprise software environment β€’ Proven ability to conduct business value assessments and develop ROI-driven business cases β€’ Expertise in workshop facilitation for enterprise customers, driving solution alignment and adoption β€’ Experience building and scaling professional services teams globally β€’ Strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and implementation best practices β€’ Familiarity with Microsoft BI and custom reporting development β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills β€’ Ability to be a positive team player, willing to grow and change β€’ Willingness to travel as needed for global customer engagements
