📋 Description

• Lead & Develop the Solutions organization • Manage, build, and develop a global Solutions organization, including Value Engineering, Solutions Implementation and Solutions Services teams • Support sales and revenue teams, net new and expansion across all segments • Ensure a successful onboarding, accelerated time-to-value (TTV), and efficient and effective handoff to Customer Success • Lead structured workshops with enterprise customers to uncover key business challenges and required value data • Establish and scale a professional services team • Work with Marketing to develop case studies and customer success stories that highlight ROI-driven outcomes and value delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, professional services, value engineering, or solution consulting within a SaaS or enterprise software environment • Proven ability to conduct business value assessments and develop ROI-driven business cases • Expertise in workshop facilitation for enterprise customers, driving solution alignment and adoption • Experience building and scaling professional services teams globally • Strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and implementation best practices • Familiarity with Microsoft BI and custom reporting development • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to be a positive team player, willing to grow and change • Willingness to travel as needed for global customer engagements
