📋 Description

• Lead and manage revenue cycle operations for diverse clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency. • Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and senior leadership, acting as their trusted advisor. • Collaborate with the Executive Director and senior leadership to formulate strategic plans that align with company and client objectives. • Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. • Engage potential clients in the sales process by showcasing the firm’s capabilities and strategic solutions. • Analyze revenue cycle data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of [X] years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare administration, with demonstrated success in a leadership role. • Extensive understanding of healthcare systems and revenue cycle processes. • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively and deliver results in a dynamic environment. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making and process improvement. • Ability to support sales efforts and influence senior leadership.
