Description

• Provide research and resolution on defined contribution plan and participant level inquiries • Serve as an expert on how in-force plan data is used • Make necessary updates in accordance with compliance rules/standards • Research and provide resolution on plan and participant level services • Perform live table updates, inserts, and deletions using DB2 SQL • Research issues concerning application and process problems • Identify the “root” cause of the issue and follow through to resolution • Escalate to higher level staff as needed • Audit, analyze and reconcile data quality reviews concerning participant records • Ensure compliance within the plan’s ongoing administrative operation • Review and analyze retirement plan documents, with system set-up/functionality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Technical aptitude • Good written and oral communication skills • Proficiency using MS Office • Pension/retirement administration experience (preferred) • AQT knowledge (preferred) • Advanced skills in MS Excel (preferred)
