β€’ Responsible for the execution of industry leading sales strategies; β€’ Initiating and developing highly effective sales relationships with customers, distribution resources, and fellow employees. β€’ Creates tactical sales plans that provide for the profitable growth of respective segments -- consistently delivering on Select Accounts profit and revenue goals. β€’ Position requires state of the art sales skills, superior knowledge of Select Accounts products and services, broad-spectrum knowledge of corporate enterprise wide capabilities, and exceptional influence management skills. β€’ Delivers sales success within our framework of corporate values. β€’ This is a remote position that requires residence in the East Bay territory.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree preferred β€’ 3 years sales or underwriting experience in the insurance industry β€’ Technical knowledge of Property & Casualty. β€’ Interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Platform skills, including facilitation. β€’ Ability to close a sale. β€’ Superior negotiation skills. β€’ Influencing skills. β€’ Marketplace knowledge. β€’ Business and financial acumen. β€’ E-knowledge of Microsoft and Lotus products. β€’ C.I.C. (or willingness to pursue). β€’ High School Diploma or GED required. β€’ 2 years of professional or underwriting experience required.
