β€’ Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, lead a global channel sales team β€’ Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue and partnerships β€’ Refine existing channel program to align with go-to-market growth plans β€’ Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external partners β€’ Develop KPIs and OKRs for monitoring channel program value

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years of leadership in channel and partner sales β€’ Recent 4 years in a global sales leadership role β€’ Experience developing global channel sales programs in security, SaaS, PaaS or IaaS β€’ Strong channel sales strategies with measurable growth impact β€’ Recognized personal brand in the channel partner community β€’ Expertise in strategic partnership structure and enablement β€’ Hands-on partner enablement experience β€’ Understanding of global market landscape of channel partners β€’ Strong business insight and technical depth β€’ Knowledge of sales methodologies like value selling and MEDDPICC β€’ Experience with SaaS, Cybersecurity, Data Management and Networking technologies
