Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle strategies • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field • 3 to 5 years of revenue cycle, project management, or consulting experience • Knowledge of accounting systems, insurance issues, and healthcare industry trends • Basic understanding of revenue cycle processes • Experience in performance/business process improvement activities • Proficient in PDCA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies • Strong project leadership and organizational skills • Supervisory or team leader experience preferred • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of contract negotiation and regulatory language
