• Drive sales of upskilling and employee assessment solutions in Europe and the U.S. • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to onboarding new accounts. • Create relationships with prospects and understand their pain points. • Present and demonstrate the value of solutions to solve customer problems. • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets. • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align customer needs. • Follow up with existing clients for satisfaction and explore upsell opportunities.
• Native or near-native English proficiency is required (C1 Level). • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within the corporate sector. • Experience in EdTech, HRTech, or SaaS is an advantage. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence decision-makers. • Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on closing deals and achieving measurable sales KPIs. • Existing network of contacts in relevant industries is a plus. • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
