• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing roles preferably within a B2B environment. • High proficiency in HubSpot. • Familiarity with automation platforms like Make.com or similar. • Strong understanding of ABM tactics and hyper-personalisation. • Experience with multi-channel marketing strategies, including SEO, email, social media, paid media, content marketing, out-of-home, and direct mail. • Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making. • Ability to work collaboratively across all functions of our business • Proactive mindset with a track record of initiating successful projects. • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-growing environment. • Budget management experience. • Familiarity with generative AI tools. • Knowledge of database management and funnel optimisation.
