Description

β€’ Responsible for consistently meeting production standards for inbound and outbound calls β€’ Responsible for consistently meeting quality assurance standards. β€’ Maintains quality customer service by following company policies and procedures as well as policies and procedures specific to each customer β€’ Protects customer information by keeping all information confidential. β€’ Processes miscellaneous paperwork and documentation. β€’ Effectively communicates with callers to for account resolution by assisting individuals with medical billing questions, financial assistance programs, setting up payment plans and processing payments while maintaining a professional level of customer service β€’ Schedules call backs as needed. β€’ Be a collaborative team member. β€’ Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisor or call center management. β€’ Be proficient in the de-escalation on calls and handle patient escalated calls β€’ Be proficient in working directly in multiple client systems where applicable β€’ Be proficiency in all communication channels including Web Chat β€’ Has the ability to effectively communicate information to various team members? β€’ Ability to be mentor for new employees to help them be successful within first 60 days of new hire β€’ Develop proficiency in various AR Management procedures at the direction of Management (including but not limited to bad debt processes, bill hold reviews, account corrections, etc.)

Requirements

β€’ Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills β€’ Must be detail oriented and able to follow through on issues to resolution β€’ Must be able to act both independently and as a team member. β€’ High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience needed. β€’ One year or more provide customer service support over the phone in remote setting.
