β€’ As the Head of Customer Success, you'll lead the charge in ensuring our clients exceed their goals with Truevo β€’ Requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing customer success teams β€’ Partnering with leaders across the Truevo business to ensure effective delivery of outstanding customer experience β€’ Lead, coach and manage a team of Customer Success Managers β€’ Develop detailed expertise in Truevo products β€’ Act as the voice of the customer within the company

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in customer success or account management β€’ At least 3 years in a leadership role within a technology or SaaS company in the financial services sector β€’ Preference for Acquiring and/or Payment Gateway experience β€’ Problem-solver, with the ability to navigate complex challenges β€’ Driven by data to drive customer success strategies β€’ Able to work at all levels from C-Level executives to technical and non-technical contacts β€’ Proven track record of leading customer success teams to drive business growth β€’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills β€’ Passion for building trust and strong relationships with customers and team members β€’ Strategic thinker with the ability to glean insights from customer interactions and data
