Description

• Lead TrustGrid’s public sector initiatives in the U.S. • Develop and execute impactful sales strategies. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with federal government clients. • Secure new contracts and partnerships to drive growth. • Analyze market trends and competitor movements. • Lead proposal development and contract negotiations. • Collaborate with marketing to enhance TrustGrid’s presence. • Encourage teamwork across product development and customer support. • Monitor sales activities using data-driven insights. • Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field. • A Master’s degree is a plus. • A minimum of 10 years in Sales Director, Business Development Director, or similar roles within the U.S. federal sector. • Deep understanding of federal procurement processes, contracts, and compliance. • Strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building. • Ability to analyze market data, solve complex problems, and adapt to changing environments. • Goal-oriented and capable of driving results both independently and as part of a team. • Experience working with agencies such as DoD, DHS, or GSA. • Certifications in Sales or Business Development (e.g., MEDDICP). • Foundational knowledge of cyber security.
