• Minimum of 7 yrs professional experience in the key account management area within the travel or hospitality industry. • Experience in a SaaS environment is an advantage • Strong interest in software products and hospitality industry • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in German and English • Passion for quality and customer excellence • Strong work-ethic and hand ons mentality • Team Player
