Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). • 10+ years of relevant experience. • Advanced project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple complex workstreams. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in facilitation, managing diverse groups to solve complex challenges. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships. • Experience in systems leadership and leading adaptive change initiatives. • Strategic thinking within the K12 education landscape or finance/operations. • Leadership and mentorship capabilities, fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture. • An entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility, creativity, and resilience in pursuit of goals. • A growth orientation, with curiosity about new ideas, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous learning.
