β€’ This is a remote position. β€’ We are seeking results-driven and motivated Sales Representatives to drive sales and revenue growth for a rapidly expanding powerhouse in the health and wellness industry. β€’ Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive outreach, follow-up, and exceptional customer service. β€’ Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively suggest suitable products that meet their health goals. β€’ Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies. β€’ Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. β€’ Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to help in enhancing product offerings and creating new products that meet market needs. β€’ Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven phone sales experience, preferably in the health supplements or related industry. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. β€’ Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets. β€’ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Proficient in CRM software such as Go High Level. β€’ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic. β€’ Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales goals. β€’ Strong written and verbal English communication skills. β€’ Basic - intermediate Excel or Google sheets. β€’ Ability to work in EST timezone.
