Description
• Handling inbound and outbound calls • Providing information in support of Healthfirst's Medicare Advantage Plan • Educating referral sources and prospective enrollees • Documenting all incoming/outbound calls in Salesforce • Scheduling appointments for Intake Nurses or Advocates • Troubleshooting LTC enrollment rejections
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED • Fluency in reading and speaking English and additional language • Member / Customer Service experience • Availability to work for 8 ½ hours shift • Capability to work in a remote environment • Tech Savvy computer skills • Organized and multi-tasking capabilities • Understanding of and sensitivity to cultural differences • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment
