Requirements
• 8+ years of combined, relevant legal experience • Experience with technology licensing and procurement transactions • Experience with digital media and advertising sales • Strong drafting and negotiation skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to balance legal protections with business needs • JD from an ABA-accredited law school • Admission to the state bar in at least one U.S. state
