• Seeking a Director of People Partnerships & Employee Relations for Global People Team • Develop stakeholder relationships to assist in People Strategy development • Advise leaders on effective organizational design • Support talent acquisition and employee engagement • Champion Company Values and cultural norms • Drive DEI and Social Impact programs

Requirements

• 10+ years global HR strategic leadership experience in a multicultural environment • Ability to think strategically but act tactically • Strong problem solving capabilities • Sound operational knowledge of relevant HR/employment law • Employee Relations experience across multiple geos • Technological savvy and experience working with HRIS • Data literate with experience driving data decision making • Exceptional C-suite communications /presentations skills • Strong capability in negotiations, project management, conflict management • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or relevant experience • SHRM / CIPD or equivalent membership
