Description
• The Order Processing Specialist accurately processes purchases daily. • Responsible for account activations and various other requests. • Acts as the primary internal customer contact, communicating with customers to close business and complete administrative functions. • Manage regular and ad hoc projects, gathering information from multiple departments.
Requirements
• High level of computer literacy • High Level of attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Customer-retention focused • Must be able to effectively prioritize, multi task and work well as part of a team • 2-3 years’ experience (preferred) in order processing, customer service or related experience • Previous experience with SalesForce and Netsuite
