β€’ Lead and manage a portfolio of key client accounts, spanning various industries including retail, leisure, and tech-adjacent sectors. β€’ Launch, serve, and optimize campaigns for clients, ensuring maximum ROI and campaign success. β€’ Proactively pick up the phone and engage in meaningful conversations with customers and agencies about CTV advertising. β€’ Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, retention, and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts. β€’ Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging your digital media and advertising experience to maximize revenue potential. β€’ Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives. β€’ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize client campaigns and drive superior results. β€’ Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance, industry insights, and best practices to help them achieve their advertising objectives. β€’ Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges. β€’ Provide mentorship and support to junior account management team members.

Requirements

β€’ Extensive experience (5+ years) in sales or account management in the digital advertising or performance marketing industry. β€’ Strong understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, with experience talking to customers and agencies about digital media, including CTV advertising. β€’ Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools, working with major agencies. β€’ Strong comfortability with data, with the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights. β€’ Curious mindset with a propensity to ask a lot of questions and seek opportunities for growth. β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex client relationships. β€’ Comfortable picking up the phone and engaging in conversations with customers and agencies about digital media. β€’ Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans, identify opportunities, and drive initiatives to achieve business objectives. β€’ Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value to clients. β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or related field.
