β€’ Generate leads and build relationships through a mix of inbound inquiries and proactive outbound efforts β€’ Conduct a minimum of 200 outbound lead generating activities per week, including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls β€’ Identify and pursue opportunities for larger, more comprehensive sales packages β€’ Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals β€’ Develop and present tailored workshop proposals that address specific client needs β€’ Achieve quarterly sales quotas by implementing effective sales strategies β€’ Gain in-depth knowledge of our improv-based training offerings and their applications in corporate settings β€’ Clearly communicate the benefits of improv techniques for leadership development, team building, and communication skills β€’ Conduct engaging demonstrations of our workshop methodologies during sales presentations β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate accounts β€’ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities β€’ Collaborate with our training team to ensure seamless workshop delivery and client success

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Communications, or Theatre Arts β€’ 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training, consulting, or entertainment industries β€’ Strong understanding of improvisational techniques and their applications in business settings β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills β€’ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment β€’ Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools β€’ Consultative selling β€’ Needs assessment and solution design β€’ Public speaking and demonstration β€’ Negotiation and closing β€’ Time management and organization β€’ Creative problem-solving
