β’ Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Business, Communications, or Theatre Arts β’ 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in training, consulting, or entertainment industries β’ Strong understanding of improvisational techniques and their applications in business settings β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills β’ Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment β’ Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools β’ Consultative selling β’ Needs assessment and solution design β’ Public speaking and demonstration β’ Negotiation and closing β’ Time management and organization β’ Creative problem-solving
