• Create a best-in-class experience for evaluators of Unbounce • Ensure Concierge prospects have a quick response time • Qualifying our prospective customers’ needs • Understand and advise prospects on the principles of Conversion Intelligence • Experiment with new ideas that contribute to optimizing our Sales strategy • Take on projects that contribute to CS, Enablement and Activation Team initiatives • Liaising with the Product and Marketing teams • Take an active role in documenting and updating team processes • Provide and seek feedback proactively
Requirements
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience • 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in the SaaS or software • Strong communication and writing skills • Knowledgeable about technology and SaaS business model • Teamwork & Collaboration • Time and Resource Management • Customer Orientation • Attention to Detail • Adaptability
