Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or technical recruiting, with expertise in identifying and attracting Engineering, Product, or Design talent. • Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, both technically and culturally. • Proven success in building trusted relationships with hiring teams, acting as a strategic partner in the recruitment process. • Experience contributing to talent acquisition projects or initiatives that have driven impactful results. • Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to navigate fast-paced, dynamic environments effectively. • A proactive and resourceful team player who thrives in solving complex hiring challenges.
