Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in sales within the OEM/Manufacturing sector. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred. • Proven track record in driving sales growth through engineering-based solutions. • A robust existing pipeline of contacts within the industry. • Demonstrated ability to navigate and succeed in complex B2B sales environments. • Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams) is essential. • Leverage a substantial network of contacts among VP-level supply chain executives. • Experience working in multicultural and cross-border team settings.
