Description

• Reporting to the Director of Business Development. • Responsible for uncovering prospects' needs and generating interest in EcoOnline offerings. • Deliver qualified opportunities to the Account Executives team.

Requirements

• Qualify marketing-generated leads based on specific guidelines and criteria. • Building pipeline by employing cold prospecting playbook. • Practice pipeline management and follow-up skills. • Leverage social media channels to engage prospects. • Work as a bridge between Sales & Marketing Teams. • Establish value and schedule client meetings for Sales Team. • Confidence to learn cold calling playbook and create new opportunities. • Self-starter with planning, organizing, and scheduling ability. • Strong capacity to learn, be coached and communicate. • Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills. • Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. • CRM experience (preferably Salesforce). • Team-oriented with a hunger for growth. • Industry, Customer Service, or previous Business Development experience is a plus. • Strong intercommunication and people skills.
