β€’ Reporting to the Director of Business Development. β€’ Responsible for uncovering prospects' needs and generating interest in EcoOnline offerings. β€’ Deliver qualified opportunities to the Account Executives team.

Requirements

β€’ Qualify marketing-generated leads based on specific guidelines and criteria. β€’ Building pipeline by employing cold prospecting playbook. β€’ Practice pipeline management and follow-up skills. β€’ Leverage social media channels to engage prospects. β€’ Work as a bridge between Sales & Marketing Teams. β€’ Establish value and schedule client meetings for Sales Team. β€’ Confidence to learn cold calling playbook and create new opportunities. β€’ Self-starter with planning, organizing, and scheduling ability. β€’ Strong capacity to learn, be coached and communicate. β€’ Decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills. β€’ Highly proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. β€’ CRM experience (preferably Salesforce). β€’ Team-oriented with a hunger for growth. β€’ Industry, Customer Service, or previous Business Development experience is a plus. β€’ Strong intercommunication and people skills.
