Description

• Overall accountability for Publisher and Partner program, from overall strategy to Partner Account Management to Publisher Support on the Asset Store. • Lead the alignment of Publisher & Partner strategic initiatives to ensure seamless integration with Unity's third-party marketplace objectives. • Revamp our Verified Solutions program working in close partnership with Unity Engine leadership. • Establish and maintain clear standards and requirements for Partners & Publishers to list on the Asset Store. • Work closely with internal teams to improve Publisher & Partner experience.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Unity Engine and the Unity ecosystem or the gaming industry. • Experience with partnership account management and managing external partnerships. • Demonstrated experience leading a team with a proven track record of people management. • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing senior executives.
