Description

• Unlock Health connects managed care and marketing for effective healthcare solutions. • Responsible for promotion and sale of managed care offerings and strategy consulting. • Identify new business prospects and manage the full sales cycle. • Develop relationships with healthcare executives and stakeholders. • Implement effective sales strategies and deliver presentations to clients. • Provide insights on market trends and collaborate with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in B2B sales within the healthcare or managed care sectors, particularly with CFOs and Managed Care executives. • Strong understanding of managed care principles, payer performance metrics, and healthcare benchmarking. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build credibility and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare executives. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or in a team environment. • Experience in selling managed care solutions, healthcare consulting services, or healthcare technology products. • Familiarity with payer/provider contract negotiations and healthcare reimbursement models. • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and reporting sales activities.
