Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience in B2B sales within the healthcare or managed care sectors, particularly with CFOs and Managed Care executives. • Strong understanding of managed care principles, payer performance metrics, and healthcare benchmarking. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build credibility and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare executives. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently or in a team environment. • Experience in selling managed care solutions, healthcare consulting services, or healthcare technology products. • Familiarity with payer/provider contract negotiations and healthcare reimbursement models. • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools for tracking and reporting sales activities.
