Description

• Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities with new logos and developing strategies to upsell and cross-sell AI-powered data ops solutions • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and support needs • Conduct comprehensive discovery to understand client requirements and challenges. Customize solutions to address client needs effectively, leveraging AI technologies and data operations methodologies • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's AI-powered data ops platform and services. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in AI and data operations • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions and address client objections and concerns • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including data scientists, engineers, and customer success managers, to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions. Coordinate efforts to meet client expectations and drive customer satisfaction • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system. Proactively manage the sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets and objectives • Stay informed about market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the AI-powered data ops industry. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field • Proven track record of success in startup sales environments, with experience in selling enterprise based AI-powered solutions or data operations platforms preferred • Strong understanding of AI technologies, data management, and data operations methodologies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency in CRM software • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, GCP, AWS) and big data technologies are a plus
