• Be the primary sales, technical, and service resource for USG Industrial & Performance Flooring customers • Manage sales of mineral, specialty plaster, and gypsum cement products • Build strong relationships with customers in Northern California, Northern Nevada, and Utah • Effectively communicate and extract technical information from the market

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field sales experience • Five years of prior sales or consultative technical support experience preferred • Building products industry and field experience • Salesforce experience preferred • Strong business acumen and professionalism • Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills • Ability to operate a vehicle and navigate construction job sites • Self-motivated, team player • Effective time management and scheduling of activities • Proven ability to identify goal impacting decision makers • Solid technological aptitude • Strong technical expertise, extensive industry knowledge • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
