Description

• The US LBM Business Process Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and deploying our Digital system solution(s) to support our internal estimating teams as well as external customers. • This person will be responsible for managing intake methods, takeoff tools, processes, reports, and enhancing our customer digital experience. • Lead and support the deployment of key digital solutions related to LBM business practices based on enterprise vision and the needs of USLBM divisions, markets and regions. • Coordinate & build system integrations as applicable to our technology eco-system. • Accountable for maintaining data integrity via system maintenance for Digitizer & related CPQ tasks (Formulas, accumulation rules, user profiles, product data, etc…). • Manage Intake & Analytical data visualization tools/ processes’ as applicable to enterprise program offering. • Manage the importing & exporting of data between Design/Estimating solutions, 3rd party solutions & internal ERP/POS systems. • Coordinate with established software vendors when feature enhancements are required. • Manage multiple concurrent implementation efforts with supporting project teams. • Lead and direct implementation efforts from conception to completion by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments. • Support & train users of implemented solutions in the proper and most effective utilization of the applications. • Analyze and catalog key business processes to serve as a reference for current and future project efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Digital software solutions, Architectural Construction management or related business discipline preferred. • 1-5 years of diversified systems deployment or operational experience required. • 1-3 years of experience within the building industry materials distribution business preferred. • Ability to curate Digital Spaces (UI), building and teaching others for a best-in-class user experience (UX). • Ability to build data visualization reports via data visualization tools. • Experienced in construction practices and/or material supply industries highly preferred. • Skilled in working with sales & operations teams to understand and assess needs, processes, and functions in order to document requirements, recommendations, schedules and process information in a clear and concise manner. • Experienced in implementing and utilizing ERP systems (Epicor, Oracle, SAP, etc.); BisTrack experience highly preferred. • Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (O365); (Visio, LucidChart) also preferred. • Excellent interpersonal as well as oral and written communication skills. • Up to 25% domestic travel to meet and coordinate with on-site conversion teams.
