📋 Description

• The U.S. Soccer Federation exists in service to soccer. • Our aim is to ignite a national passion for the game. • We believe that soccer is more than a sport; it is a force for good. • We want to bring soccer into every home and community, right across America. • Soccer can represent the best of US. • We are therefore, looking for dynamic servant-leaders to join us on this journey: in service to soccer. • Applicants must demonstrate visionary leadership and analytical decision-making. • The Director, Major Gifts- Texas is responsible for building relationships and generating significant philanthropic support for the organization. • The individual will personally manage a portfolio of approximately 50-75 donors capable of making a gift of $25,000+.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree or CFRE Certification preferred • Minimum of five (5) years of front-line experience cultivating major gifts from individual donors • Demonstrated success in cultivating, soliciting and securing gifts of $100,000 or more • Comprehensive capital campaign fundraising experience • Superior interpersonal communication and relationship building skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite • Demonstrated experience in talent identification, mentorship and guidance
