• Identifying and managing key growth accounts • Identify, prioritize, and secure business opportunities in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry for a subscription-based sales model • Define the overall approach for specific high-value accounts, develop work plans, and create compelling sales propositions utilizing internal and external data • Player/coach to sales reps, coordinators, and account managers • Drive the sales process, partnered with staff scientists who will conduct technical demos and answer scientific questions (a scientific background is not required for this role) • Represent the organization and product at industry events, and other thought leadership opportunities • Full-time, fully remote position based in the United States (Boston, San Diego, San Francisco, NY, NJ), primarily working core business hours in your time zone, adjusting to global time zones as needed • Up to 10%-20% flexible travel to major conferences and events may be required
• 7-10+ years within the sales industry and enterprise sales experience in a consultative selling environment. Transferable and preferred industries include: SaaS, Digital Media, or subscription sales business experience, preferred • Excellent communication skills • Experience selling into the C-suite and with procurement • Proven ability to navigate large complex organizations • A growth-oriented mindset and can thrive in a rapidly growing company • Bonus if you’ve worked in the biotech or pharmaceutical sales industry, but a scientific background is not required
