Description

• Support the end user and dealer network • Provide best in class sales support and service • Accountable for dealer development in sales area • Prepare and implement a 3–5-year business plan • Develop the dealer network for adequate representation

Requirements

• University degree in Agriculture, Engineering or Business • Acceptable combination of education and work experience • Knowledge and experience of current farming practices and equipment • Advanced product knowledge • Strong problem-solving skills • High degree of customer focus • Strong written and oral communication • Ability to handle multiple customer demands and products • Independent decision making and judgment • Familiarity with agricultural equipment • Experience in ag electronics • Valid driver’s license • Passport or ability to attain one
