Description

• As the BDR Manager you will be responsible for a team of BDR's. • Work with both sales and marketing to bring qualified businesses into the sales funnel. • Oversee all sales teams & growth opportunities for BDR Team. • Develop a winning sales strategy and growth acceleration roadmap to achieve incremental sales and revenue goals. • Analyze metrics to identify areas of opportunity and optimization. • Develop sales strategies and sales forecasting for the sales function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields. • Minimum of 2 years of experience overseeing a team of BDR's. • Proven Track Record as a people leader. • Written and Verbal communication skills. • Experience using MS Office and CRM, ideally Hubspot. • Excellent Time management and organizational skills. • Experience in B2B sales Management.
