• Build trusted relationships with customers, mainly in Germany and France • Understand customer needs and business objectives • Serve as the single point of contact for the customer • Work with Account Managers and customers to develop and maintain customer success plans • Analyze customer success metrics and feedback, assessing risks and identifying opportunities for improvement • Report regularly to both customers and Varian leadership • Collaborate closely with internal teams to translate business needs, industry trends, and customer requirements • Drive adoption and satisfaction post go-live • Ensure customers reach their goals and maintain a strong, trusting relationship with Varian
• Bachelor´s degree (or equivalent experience) from a relevant field (for e.g. Health Administration, Digital Health, Business) • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and the ability to communicate effectively with clinicians • Understanding of oncology or radiotherapy workflows is a plus • Prior experience with SaaS products/services is a plus • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders, engage proactively, listen and understand concerns and provide solutions • Ability to see end-to-end processes and to think downstream impacts • Excellent communication and collaboration skills and passion for delivering excellent customer experience • Willingness to travel to customer sites (>40%) • Good German, French and English language skills are required
