•Vasion is looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) - Healthcare that exemplifies our core values and wants to be part of our growing team. •We are committed to making digital transformation attainable to everyone by building an affordable, integrated SaaS solution that simplifies business processes. •Vasion offers a flexible working environment for our 300+ employees across the world, including at our global headquarters in St. George, Utah, or in one of our other offices in the UK, Germany, and Lehi, Utah. •You will be the primary technical resource for TAM Customers in our Healthcare accounts. •The selected candidate is responsible for actively driving Customer success, being a master facilitator and managing the technology implementation of our software. •The TAM will provide a broad range of expertise to analyze, propose change and determine its effectiveness from the perspective of the customer. •At each phase, the candidate must be able to identify and remove technical barriers supporting the software and our Customers. •The candidate must be able to articulate the technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. •The candidate must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the customer life cycle and promote customer satisfaction.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience supporting Healthcare customers •5+ years of related Microsoft IT desktop support experience •5+ years Network/LAN/System administration experience •5+ years Providing Technical Customer Service •Someone who understands logic and coding who is a self-starter that can figure things out. •Familiarity, awareness, and strong solid understanding of Infrastructure Knowledge in Azure and/or AWS •Database knowledge and experience in MySQL and Microsoft sql •Working knowledge of VDI (Citrix, VMware, ESXi, Hyper-V, IGEL & Google Cloud Platform) •An enthusiastic person who loves working in an entrepreneurial environment with smart, talented, and passionate individuals who just happen to make and sell amazing software. •Have the proficiency to think strategically about people, process, and technology challenges as they help our customers realize the investment, efficiencies, advantages, automations, and innovation available in the Vasion Solutions. •Have a strong desire to succeed by owning your role, responsibilities and Customer needs. •Adept at multitasking to achieve individual, team and organizational goals •Practiced at public speaking, delivering presentations and product installation •Ability to Listen, Understand, Adapt, and Articulate: •Listen to the customer tell their story •Understand the challenges the customer faces •Adapt messaging to identify solutions •Articulate a winning game plan to the customer •Understanding of LANs, VLANs, SaaS and WANs •Working knowledge of Active Directory & LDAP •Working knowledge of Idp (Okta, Azure, etc.) •Working knowledge of applications deployment using GPO, SCCM, or others •Microsoft Office Suite, html basics, basic scripting, website administration, and IIS •Mastery of one or more client operating systems: Microsoft, Apple OS X, Chromebooks, Linux Ubuntu, RedHat, IGEL •Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs experience a plus •Associates/Bachelors preferred in Computer Science •Able to travel up to 20% of the time
