Description

• Responsible for marketing directly to our producers and understanding the marketplace and how to create success within the landscape. • Actively traveling (60-75%) to understand the market conditions: competition, needs within the space, identifying new business and building advantageous relationships. • Responsible for Producer Management driving performance from the distribution channels. • External communication with support from marketing for alignment. • Maintaining information in the system of record for all meetings and business ventures.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. • Open to 0-3 years of experience in an Account Management or Outside Sales role. • Experience in the insurance industry, especially in commercial lines, is advantageous. • Proficiency with CRM/CSM tools is required.
