• Develop and drive external partner strategy to scale awareness and adoption of Pantone’s digital tools • Responsible for developing strategic plan, financial models and negotiated agreements to benefit partner and the Company • Create new integration partnerships with creative workflow platforms where Pantone digital tools would be relevant for users • Develop target partner pipeline and prioritize based on business benefits, complexity of integration • Define, negotiate, and close complex partnership deals to achieve the company’s key business objectives • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering team to understand feasibility, timing, and costs of integration with partners • Influence product roadmaps to better serve customers and partners while ensuring alignment with company objectives • Work cross-functionally with product management, product marketing, legal, finance, and engineering teams to negotiate deal terms, drive integration and manage other project requirements • Manage day-to-day relationship and escalations with partners
• 10+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Sciences, or related degree; Advanced degree and/or MBA is highly preferred • Ability to work independently to find and evaluate new business opportunities, develop partnership strategies, assess market and competitor landscapes, and create financial models • Experience negotiating complex agreements with major strategic partners • Proven track record of building trust and driving alignment across product, marketing, legal, finance, sales, etc.; skilled in leading complex business discussions with executives • Ability to act as a creative, strategic problem solver, incessantly seeking opportunities to materially impact the business • Great business judgment and prioritization skills with partner-related issues, solution-find, and effectively motivate internal and external stakeholders to work towards a common goal
