• Strong network, social selling skills, and sales experience. • Critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication and pursuit leadership skills. • Contract and service negotiation, computer literacy, and CRM competency. • Experience working with and selling to technology leaders who make decisions on team, technology, and partner choices. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Very relationship-oriented, with strong storytelling and listening ability. • 7+ years of experience in relationship based sales or business development roles. • Ability to understand client responsibilities at a technical level and condense these down to important key points. • Experience working in a CRM and maintaining good documentation. • Experience working closely with internal technical teams to understand and scope projects. • Strong negotiation skills and ability to estimate deal sizes. • A minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in the digital space. • Working experience with hyperscalers (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure). • Literacy around front end UX development platforms - Flutter, React, etc.
