Description

• Lead strategic partnership initiatives and ongoing relationship management of your portfolio of partners • Generate new business pipeline with each assigned partner through sales training, webinars, networking, marketing campaigns and other efforts • Lead strategic enablement and sales initiatives with our partners and internal sales leadership and define processes for securing new employer clients through the partnership • Analyze and review performance of existing partners working closely with client success • Understand target customer’s business needs, leveraging consultative skill-set to create upsell opportunities • Initiate, develop and maintain strong executive and decision maker-level relationships • Work closely with the sales, product, clinical and account management teams, building internal relationships to support sales pursuits • Support Vida’s value-based reimbursement strategy, evolving our fee-for-outcomes based model • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Vida’s technology, product offerings and mission, contributing to all three equally • Represent Vida at industry conferences, partner conferences and sales kick-offs

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with strategic partnerships, sales, business development, sales strategy, consulting, or a related field working for or with large Health Plans and/or PBMs • Experience exceeding revenue and growth targets working directly with health plans and/or PBMs • Experience working at a health plan or PBM or in the employee benefits industry as a sales or business development executive, strategic account executive, strategic partner manager or benefits consultant • Action-oriented leader who self-starts and motivates others; individual who enjoys thinking about things in new ways and executing accordingly; thrives in a high-growth environment • History of executing complex deals or managing complex partnerships throughout the healthcare marketplace • Relationship-oriented, people-centric contributor; track record of being a strong leader as well as a collaborative colleague • Demonstrates strong aptitude to work in a rapidly changing, start-up environment
