Description

• Join our team as a remote Outbound Sales Consultant at Viking Cruises! • Assist our guests in purchasing cruises from home • Contact warm leads who have expressed interest • Identify guest needs and close the sale • Serve as a Viking product expert

Requirements

• 3+ years of high-volume outbound telephone sales experience • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding monetary sales KPI metrics • Strong experience in making sales over the phone • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end clients • Flexibility in your schedule, to include evenings, weekends, and holidays • Discipline to work in a structured environment with schedule adherence standards • Previous sales experience with ability to close on the first call • Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment (MS Word, Teams, Outlook) • Must be able to provide a distraction-free workspace/environment (at home)
