• This is a remote position. • We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls from clients. • You will respond to client’s inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve client complaints. • This role necessitates a customer-centric perspective, strong organizational skills, and exceptional communication abilities. • Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls from clients with professionalism and a customer-first attitude. • Respond to client's inquiries, provide accurate information, and provide resolution. • Handle and resolve client complaints in a professional and timely manner. • Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and provide up-to-date information. • Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores. • Comply with client-specific Standard Operating Procedures in handling customer transactions. • Proactively keep him/herself updated with changes in Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines. • Comply with VirtuallyinCredible’s set of guidelines in the fulfillment of daily tasks. • Effectively represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values to anyone within or outside of the company. • Provide data and information to the leadership team as required. • Perform additional/other services that may be required from time to time, which may or may not be related to the primary obligations stated above.
• 2 years of experience in inbound/outbound US Telco voice accounts • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Good American accent. • Quiet home office work environment. • Willing to work on the graveyard shift. • Fast and reliable internet connection of at least 10MBPS with internet backup available. • Dependable electricity with power backup available. • At least 8-gen i3 processors, 8GB RAM, and Windows or MAC, SSD Disc.
