📋 Description

• Account Executive in a remote setting focusing on outbound calls and/or inbound leads • Establishing broker relationships to originate NON-QM Investor Residential loans • Managing a pipeline with multiple prospects • Analyzing potential loan markets and developing referral networks to locate prospects for loans • Recruiting and managing referral sources • Identifying and creating new referral lead sources • Understanding customer needs and helping them select appropriate loan products • Working with management to project closed loan volume and meet funding goals • Engaging in a planned program of self-development and training

🎯 Requirements

• 2 + years of sales experience • High school diploma/GED equivalent • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel • Ability to use standard office equipment, printer, scanner, copier, fax, telephone, personal computer, and other peripheral devices • Self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, passionate, high achieving, and hardworking • Internal Applicants: 6 months of Visio Lending work experience which includes no disciplinary actions within the last 3 months • Current Manager notification is needed to apply for a vacant position.
