Description

• Oversee all sales activities and develop strategic sales plans. • Build Revelyst powersports brands at retail and digital partners. • Drive regional revenue growth. • Lead development and execution of North American strategies. • Manage East region Outside Sales Representatives. • Partner with Field Sales management team for all powersports categories. • Collaborate with marketing team for promotional strategies. • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams. • Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) • Experience working in the industry. • Having solid relationships with the major partners. • Experience in the actions sports, wholesale apparel, or retail industries preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to travel within the region as needed. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
