📋 Description
• VivSoft is an emerging technology company specializing in Cloud, Enterprise DevSecOps, AI, and Digital Customer Experience to drive mission-enabling digital transformation. • The Pricing & Financial Analyst will play a critical role in developing cost proposals, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with federal contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS, CAS). This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to develop competitive and compliant pricing strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. • 2-5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or government contracting. • Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling, pivot tables, lookups) and experience with pricing tools (ProPricer preferred). • Strong understanding of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and government procurement regulations. • Experience with GSA schedules, IDIQ contracts, CPFF, T&M, and FFP contract types. • Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate cross-functionally.
