📋 Description

• Will act as the capability owner of the entire claims organization from a technology perspective. • This leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction of claims. • The Director is responsible for managing all Product activities across the development lifecycle. • This includes management of Product Managers and their backlogs. • The Director has market and product health responsibilities ensuring all cross-functional teams are prepared to capitalize on new products, features and enhancements as they are delivered. • It is required that the Director, in partnership with the Director of Claims Strategy, maintain an ongoing strategy and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. • Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on claims or related fields. • Experience in managing large-scale technology projects and working with AI solutions is highly desirable. • Skills : Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in agile methodologies and experience with UAT and business acceptance processes. • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with claims management systems, particularly FINEOS, and a solid understanding of AI use cases in claims processing. • Agile Expertise : Demonstrated experience in applying agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to drive project success and foster a collaborative team environment. • Analytical Skills : Ability to build and interpret comprehensive reporting and dashboards, and use data to drive decision-making and measure performance.
