β€’ We're looking for a driven Sr. Account Manager to lead the charge in driving sales growth and maximizing market share for assigned accounts. β€’ The individual in this role is responsible for achieving sales and margin targets for assigned accounts. β€’ They oversee all aspects of the account base and establish strategic business relationships to maximize growth potential. β€’ The Account Manager focuses on increasing sales and market share while maintaining a strong emphasis on margins.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a related field. β€’ 7+ years of sales experience, preferably after-market. β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. β€’ BAAN experience preferred. β€’ Ability and willingness to travel. β€’ Demonstrates the ability to design workflows and procedures, generate innovative solutions, identify and resolve issues promptly, and coordinate projects effectively. β€’ Displays proficiency in project management and coordination. β€’ Exhibits professional experience working collaboratively in a team environment. β€’ Shows the capacity to generate creative solutions. β€’ Demonstrates skill in writing routine reports and correspondence. β€’ Possesses effective verbal communication skills, with the ability to address groups of customers or employees in an organization. β€’ Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. β€’ Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in work. β€’ Displays diligence in completing tasks in a timely manner, utilizing effective time management skills.
