β€’ Empower small business owners with financial management solutions β€’ Create, deliver and maintain learning assets for Customer Success team β€’ Identify, create and deliver training sessions for product updates

Requirements

β€’ 3+ years of experience in training, customer success, or a related role β€’ Proven ability to develop training materials and lead training programs β€’ Outstanding presentation and communication skills β€’ Excellent time management and prioritization skills β€’ Proficiency in using training software and LMS β€’ Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and adapt programs β€’ Passion for customer success and understanding of customer relationship management β€’ Past experience creating asynchronous training content is a plus β€’ Knowledge of small business operations and financial technologies is a plus
