• About Wayfair Professional • Wayfair Professional is an industry-leading business-to-business (B2B) sales organization dedicated to helping businesses create exceptional spaces • Seeking a motivated and talented Sales Development Manager (SDM) to join our dynamic and growing team in generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads • Lead, train, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) • Provide regular 1:1 coaching to refine SDRs’ sales techniques • Design and implement outbound prospecting strategies to align with company sales and marketing objectives • Monitor team performance using KPIs and CRM tools • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine outbound workflows • Champion feedback loops for SDR insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (required) • Proven experience in a BDR, SDR, or sales role, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within a B2B environment • Demonstrated success in managing SDR or BDR teams, consistently meeting or exceeding lead generation goals • Excellent coaching and motivational abilities, with a track record of building high-performing teams • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach or SalesLoft • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across departments • Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
